What agents ask us.

Can I publish these photos on the MLS?

Yes. Our edits are limited to light, colour and perspective, which matches what a professional real estate photographer does. As with any editing, disclose it according to your board's rules and keep the original, which we deliver alongside every image.

What happens if I don't use my 150 photos this month?

They roll over for the next three months. A slow month costs you nothing, and you don't have to cancel to avoid paying for nothing.

How many photos per listing?

Plan for 30 photos for a full residential listing, 20 for a condo. The Pro plan therefore covers 4 to 5 listings a month, the Max plan 8 to 10.

Does this replace my photographer?

Not on your high-end mandates, where a professional shoot is still better. It replaces the absence of decent photos on listings where a photographer can't be justified, and that's where most of your mandates sit.

Can I cancel?

Anytime, in one click, with no penalty and no minimum term. Credits already paid for stay usable for three months.

Who owns the rights to the images?

You and your seller, under your usual agreement. We retain no licence, add no watermark and never reuse your images without written consent.

Are the files MLS-ready?

Yes: landscape format, 2048 pixels on the long edge, named by room, and stripped of the geolocation metadata that would expose your client's address.

Can I try before subscribing?

Send us one listing. We'll process the whole thing so you can judge on your own file, not on our examples.
