Privacy Policy

1. In short
We collect the minimum: enough to deliver your photos, bill you and answer your questions. We do not sell any data. Your photographs are never used to train a model.

We collect no sensitive data as defined by law and do not seek to identify you beyond the above.
3. Your photographs
They are held in private storage that is not publicly accessible and not indexed. They are used only to perform your order.
Automated processing. Photo enhancement relies on automated image processing tools provided by third parties. Those providers process your images solely to carry out the request and are not permitted to retain them beyond processing or to use them to train their models.
If your photographs include identifiable people, make sure you have their consent before sending them to us.
4. How long we keep your data

5. Who we share with
Only the providers needed to run the service:
- Stripe, payments and billing
- Supabase, database and file storage
- Vercel, website hosting
- Google and Meta, advertising measurement, see section 9
- Our image processing and email tools
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
6. Hosting outside Quebec
Some of these providers process or store data outside Quebec, including in the United States. Those countries do not necessarily offer protection equivalent to Quebec law. We choose established providers bound by contractual data protection commitments. By using the service, you consent to this transfer.
7. Your rights
At any time you may:
- Request access to the information we hold about you
- Have it corrected if it is inaccurate
- Request deletion of your photographs
- Withdraw your consent to receive our communications
- Request your information in a structured, portable format
- File a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec

9. Cookies, analytics and advertising
We use two categories of cookies, and nothing else.
Strictly necessary cookies. They are not used to profile you or to advertise. We set them ourselves and they stay on your device.

Advertising measurement. We run ads and we need to know which ones actually lead to an order. For that the site loads the Google Ads tag and the Meta pixel, which covers Facebook and Instagram. These tools set their own cookies, allowing Google and Meta to recognise a browser between an ad click and a purchase.
When a payment is confirmed, we send them three things: the amount, the currency, and the Stripe transaction reference. Your name, your email address and your photographs are never sent. We also keep a marker in your browser's local storage so the same order is not counted twice if you reload the page.
How to opt out. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, control Google ad personalisation at myadcenter.google.com, and control Meta's from the ad preferences of your Facebook or Instagram account. Refusing advertising cookies prevents neither your order nor the delivery of your photos.
For people located in the European Economic Area, advertising measurement is enabled only after consent is collected, where the law requires it.
10. Security
Exchanges with the site are encrypted. Access to your files is restricted, and upload links allow neither reading nor deleting anyone else's files. As no system is infallible, we would notify you without delay of any incident presenting a serious risk, as the law requires.
11. Children
The service is not intended for people under fourteen and we do not knowingly collect their information.
12. Changes
Any substantial change to this policy will be announced by email if you are an active customer.
