How many photos do I need?
Plan for 20 photos for a condo or apartment, 35 for a full house, and 50 for a large property or if you're preparing several listings. When in doubt, size up: unused photos stay valid for 12 months.
Does this work with an older phone?
Yes. What matters isn't your camera, it's daylight and holding the phone level. We send you a free shooting guide with your order: six simple rules that make more difference than any camera.
Can I use these photos on the MLS?
Yes. Our edits are limited to light, colour and lines, which is exactly what a professional real estate photographer does. We remove no furniture and hide no defects. If you work with an agent, they can use them while disclosing the edit, as most boards require.
What if I don't like the result?
Tell us and we redo the photo, as many times as it takes, for 30 days. If you're still not satisfied after that, we refund you in full.
Who owns the final photos?
You do, entirely. We retain no licence, we add no watermark, and we never reuse your photos for marketing without your written consent.
Are my photos kept?
They're deleted from our servers 30 days after delivery. We also strip the GPS coordinates from your files before sending them back, so publishing your photos doesn't publish your address.
Do I need to tidy up first?
Yes, and it's the only thing we ask of you. We fix the light, the lines and the colours, but we erase no object from the room: dishes, papers and clothes stay exactly where they are. Five minutes of tidying changes the result more than any setting.
How long does it really take?
